WHAT SHOULD YOU EXPECT…….?

Our first step is to have an Energy Management Project Manager (EMPM) assigned to your facility / facilities. This specialist will be your single point of contact throughout the process.

Next the EMPM will schedule an appointment to interview your TEAM. Our goal will be to clearly define the facility operating parameters and the work habits of the various work groups.

Once we have how-what-where defined we will survey the facility from top to bottom. The EMPM will identify the major energy conservation programs established (if any) and specify ways to enable a greener facility.

COST BENEFIT ANALYSIS

Now that the EMPM established the working conditions and the deficiencies of the facility the payback will be considered.  The EMPM works with our internal Energy Management Team and leading manufactures to design the most efficient and cost effective products and services available.  Establishing the right product mix in many cases is very time consuming, but, is considered the most important process.

Lastly, the Cost Benefit Analysis (CBA) summarizes our findings and provides a comprehensive recommendation with a Return On Investment (ROI).

At the end of the day energy efficiencies are great for the environment – but – the ROI needs to make sense…..!
