Energy Audit

A detailed facility survey with ROI-driven recommendations to reduce energy consumption and utility costs.

A Ballance Electrical Energy Management Project Manager (EMPM) is assigned as your single point of contact from start to finish. The process moves through three straightforward phases.

Phase 1 — Facility Assessment

The EMPM meets with your team to understand how your facility operates — who uses what, when, and where. That context drives a top-to-bottom survey identifying existing conservation measures and the areas with the greatest opportunity for improvement.

Phase 2 — Product & Program Design

Working with our internal energy management team and manufacturer partners, the EMPM develops a recommended mix of products and services matched to your facility's specific conditions and budget constraints. Getting this right takes time — and it's the most important part of the process.

Phase 3 — Cost Benefit Analysis

The findings are compiled into a Cost Benefit Analysis (CBA) with a clear Return on Investment projection for each recommended measure.

Energy efficiency improvements are only worthwhile if the numbers make sense — every recommendation we make is evaluated against a realistic ROI.
